New Handheld device – MC3300
At TIMBERplus we were looking for a device, which will be a good and long lasting investment. We were also seeking for the next great solution and product that we can offer our clients. We found it all in a Zebra MC3300: the next-generation mobile computer. Zebra MC3300 generates a lot of productivity and profitability, it’s also loaded with innovative features – advanced long range data capture capabilities, multiple form factors for easier scanning, a tough screen, buttons, rugged exterior. This device is guaranteed to receive updates for Android, from Zebra Care for 10 year and also has a IP54 certification.
How the Device Works
You can configure the Zebra MC3300 in four ways – pistol-grip, turret with rotating head, straight 0o scan and 45º scan. It is giving you options for every use case and they’re designed with performance in mind.
Zebra MC3300 device can work up to 70 feet. It takes on low- and high-impact scanning scenarios, reliably scans at low, intermediate and long ranges and accurately captures multiple barcodes with a single trigger pull.
It can also withstand drops from up to 1.5 m (5 feet), and 1,000 tumbles from 1 m (3.2 feet). It’s IP54 sealed against dust and spills, and the touchscreen is made of scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass.
With which operation system does this device work?
This is an Android based system but doesn’t require previous Android knowledge. We will provide you with a guide to set up the device. This doesn’t work with the Google Play store but, with Stage Now. Which enables us to get out Apps to you quicker without having to wait for the store to approve them. When you want to set up a new TIMBERplus App on the device contact us. We will provide you with barcodes to download the app and an how to guide on this. To update the TIMBERplus App update bar codes will be provided for you, along with a guide.
