This new tool, is a video messaging tool that allows you to quickly record your screen and camera. It’s a fast and convenient way to capture processes you are following. This tool allows you to show how you are using in this case our TIMBERplus Veneer Web. It is also very helpful to showcase more precisely doubts you might have, demonstrate issues or alerts you are getting when doing some actions, or share your thoughts in a visual and easy-to-understand format.
We believe that by integrating video recording into TIMBERplus Veneer Web, we’ve streamlined the process of reaching out to our support team. Whether you’re facing an issue or have some doubts and need to show a complex procedure, you can now record a video and send it directly to us in just a few clicks. Here’s how it works:
1. Click the Record Button: Within the TIMBERplus Veneer Web solution, you will find a new “Record” button. Clicking this button activates Loom.
2. Record Your Video: It will start recording your screen and/or camera. Capture all the necessary details, ensuring our support team gets a clear understanding of your message.
3. End Recording: Once you’ve recorded your video, end the session.
4. Redirect to Support Ticket Submission: After ending the recording, you will be automatically redirected to the TIMBERplus Support Ticket submission page.
5. Submit Your Ticket: The hyperlink to your Loom video will already be included in the ticket. All you need to do is:
6. Submit: Click submit, and your ticket, along with the video, will be sent directly to TIMBERplus Support.
