Our sister companies have worked with TIMBERplus for years and when it became apparent that our previous software providers were not able to match our requirements, we decided to move the system across. We were a little worried about changing due to the time difference but this isn’t an issue and we look forward to continue to develop the business with #Timberplus as our software support.

Moving over to #Timberplus was simple and pain free, they are not your typical company and don’t push you to buy their solutions and are always available for advice and assistance when required.

Thanks to the TIMBERPlus software, we are now faster and more flexible. With just a few clicks, we can look for matching veneers by type, thickness, dimensions and character. The image data of the complete, digitised warehouse is given to our customer, together with the corresponding measurement lists, within a few minutes. This is a considerable relief for the craftsman when planning and selecting veneers. He can also advise his customers better with his high-resolution pictures.

When we were searching for a software system, Timberplus’s name kept popping up, since we have decided to go with them, we now understand why.

Especially during the reorganization of our warehouse, the experience and advice from BSS was very valuable to us. As a result of the restructuring of the warehouse, we now know more quickly where the goods are located and we can respond to customer wishes ad-hoc.

We’ve been using the TIMBERplus Veneer Stock Management system at Intrex for over 6 years, and it has brought significant improvements to our inventory management processes. Before implementing this solution, we were managing our stock manually and using separate software for invoicing and procurement. This often led to inefficiencies and made tracking inventory and sales data a challenge. Since switching to TIMBERplus, we’ve seen a major improvement in accuracy and efficiency. The software has allowed us to track our inventory in real time, making it much easier to monitor stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts. The integrated reporting tools have also been invaluable, providing us with detailed and reliable sales data that has helped us make more informed decisions.

With TIMBERplus and TIMBERplus Web, we have significantly improved the transparency and efficiency of our processes—particularly in meeting EUDR requirements. The systems now support our daily workflows in managing documentation, compliance, and data in a structured and reliable way. Throughout the project, BSS showed a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment. We recently completed a successful TIMBERplus implementation project with BSS Business Software Solutions. The ‘Bandsaw Downtime’ project included the development of a graphical operator interface as well as enhancements to the database structure and reporting functions, all delivered according to plan. A key strength of the solution is the flexible integration between our machine program and the ERP system, which ensures controlled data flow while maintaining the machine in a secure, closed environment. The collaboration with the BSS team was excellent. Their structured approach, clear communication, and willingness to accommodate our specific requirements played a major role in the project’s successful implementation.
