Transparency for TIMBERplus customers through the new ID Track function for change and support requests.
We created this new function, to provide our customers a better overview of requests and projects. Above all, there will be a seperate ID for all customer’s enquiries, requests, tasks and bugs. This function will have an immediate effect to the TIMBERplus software. Similarly, from now on our customers will always get an information about their ID status.
