The One – Veneer Clip App is for the production data acquisition for the subsequent process of width clipping Veneer for Layon Production. Firstly, login by shift and user or team. It alows to get the productivity analysis (user-based). Secondly, see what widths do you need to cut by scanning the production order. Thirdly, scan the Veneer bundles to attach them to the Production order to be automatically be booked against it and allow for order-based productivity analysis. This App can interface with machine and conveyors for the sending of the Veneer to the correct Joiner/Splicer. Moreover, the App allows you to work on more than one order/send to more than one splicer at a time. Additionally, by scanning the production order again and the App will automatically switch to the correct Splicer.
