New Product TIMBERplus One – Loading

TIMBERplus Loading logoBy popular request, TIMBERplus has launched a new app called One-Loading. With this app, the processes for checking the goods being loaded into a van, truck, or lorry are made easier. In addition, this will allow you to verify that the correct goods are sent to the correct customer.

When we developed  TIMBERplus One-Loading, we were especially thinking about the warehouse staff.  This App helps load the correct pallets to the correct lorry for the correct customer and delivery note. As a result, this reduces the number of errors made by warehouse staff.

With a WIFI/VPN connection, it connects directly to your desktop version. It works by scanning a barcode on a loading note and the app will load all the pallets that need to be loaded into the truck for the order. They scan the pallets onto the truck and if they scan the incorrect pallet. Then will get a ‘sad beep’ so they know not to pack this.

When the pallets are scanned onto the lorry the place changes from the current location to the loaded location. This can be seen in the office and they can remove the pallets that still have onsite locations and print a new delivery note for the pallets going and arrange for another delivery for the rest of the pallets.




How the App Works

For this App to work, you will need a TIMBERplus system, WIFI/VPN connection, an on-premises server, and a license.

This App is free to download from the App store and the links can be found on our website. Currently, this has been released to download in the Apple App store and is available in German and English. A further release for other operating systems and/or languages will follow upon request.

There is a flexible training option with this App, it can be done on-site or online training sessions upon request. We also have ‘How to guides on our TIMBERplus Support Portal as well as phone, email, and remote support available after the training is complete.
