Our next product we would like to talk about is one that has been requested by yourselves asking for a program for Veneer samples. So… your wish is our command! We are happy to introduce you to our new TIMBERplus One -Veneer Sample app. It has been developed with your requirements in mind.
One – Veneer Sample is for the administration and management of veneer samples. This is a multiplatform app. You don’t need to decide what device to use this on as it works for Window 10 desktop and mobile, iOS and Android.
This app can work for the US unclipped sample market as well as the clipped sample market.
Create sample sets of logs and set stock places (exact location of samples) and status e.g. on stock, on show etc. You will also have the ability to print barcode’s to help you easily identify the sample tray by scan saving you time searching and allowing more time to sell.
‘Can I have more than one sample set for each log?’ Yes you’re able to have multiple sample sets for each log and each set can have its own status, this is helpful when resampling a log because the customer has kept or lost the sample.
‘Am I able to edit the samples if the location or the status of the samples change?’ Yes you can easily edit the details of the samples – by either scanning or manually typing in the log number and selecting the sample set you want to change.
It gives you more flexibility as you are not restricted to your desk. You can use the app anywhere in the warehouse. You are also able to see a list of all samples with a click of a button without having to physically check them as well as the details and the location of the log that they came from.
In order for this app to work you will need a TIMBERplus system, Wi-Fi connection, on premises server and a licence. However. it does come with a trial period before purchase. Allowing you time to test the product to show how it will benefit you and your business.
We have developed it to make it cost effective for our customers. It is free to download from the app store and the links can be found on our website. Currently this has only been released to download in the Apple App store. Further releases will follow upon request.
